How we keep your details invisible.
When a finder taps to call or message, Dibbzy connects you through a secure relay. They reach you on a masked line, so your real number and address are never revealed — and theirs stays hidden from you too.
Never. Your number is stored securely and only used to route the masked connection. Anyone who scans your tag sees your item details — never your personal contact information.

The masked relay is designed to carry genuine finder contact, not expose you to open dialing. You stay in control of the connection and can manage alerts from your account.
Orders & shipping
Getting your tags to your door.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive across India in 4-5 days.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also use the "Track my order" page any time.

Returns & refunds
If something isn't right.
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the tag is unused or arrived faulty.
Reach out with your order number and a photo within 5 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
